Connections Pro is a web application for magic and mentalism: it recognises words written with a compatible smart pen, processes them with artificial intelligence and delivers them where you need them (Speaker, devices and other apps). Access is through a private, personal link, which becomes tied to the first iPhone on which it is activated.
You need an iPhone with the free Bluefy browser and an Internet connection. Handwriting recognition requires a compatible smart pen (e.g. a Smart Sharpie), which is not included and is sold separately. The Speaker plays audio on the iPhone (any Bluetooth earphone works). Connection with other apps is only guaranteed for the apps listed as verified. You can ask us about compatibility before buying.
The service uses recognitions: recognising a written word uses 1; hearing it with the Speaker (including cold reading and Custom AI), 1 more; a word received from another app and heard with the Speaker, 1. Sending to other apps, SB Watch, URL reading, words received without the Speaker and attempts where the AI cannot read the handwriting (“peek visual”) are free.
One-off payment per recharge, with no subscription or automatic payments. From €20 (200 recognitions). Recharged recognitions never expire and are kept even if PRO is taken out or cancelled. Promotions (e.g. bonus recognitions) are governed by the terms shown in each offer.
€39,90 per month, with 1.000 recognitions every month. Unused monthly recognitions do not roll over and are used before recharged ones. The subscription renews and is charged automatically every month. Minimum commitment of 12 months from sign-up: during that period you agree to keep the subscription and cannot cancel it from the app. After the commitment period you can cancel anytime from the recharge page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid and the current month is not refunded. If a payment fails, monthly recognitions are suspended until payment is settled; your recharges are kept. From the same page you can change your card and download your invoices.
Prices are shown in euros, including applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other available methods). Once payment is confirmed you receive your private link and an email with your details. Any PRO price change will be notified at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel if you disagree, once the commitment period is over.
As a consumer you generally have 14 days to withdraw. However, Connections Pro is digital content and a digital service supplied immediately. When buying, you expressly request immediate access and accept that once you start using the service you lose the right of withdrawal. If you have not used any recognition, write to us and we will review your case.
The link is personal and non-transferable and is tied to the device on which it is activated. You may not share it, resell it, tamper with the application or try to access its inner workings. Fraudulent use or tampering may result in the link being blocked without refund. If you change iPhone, contact us to recover your account.
Handwriting recognition and the texts and audio are produced with artificial intelligence and third-party services and may contain errors. Accuracy is not guaranteed in every case. You decide how to use the information in your performances and are responsible for that use.
The service depends on external providers (AI, voice, payments, browser). We do our best to keep it running without interruption but cannot guarantee continuous availability. We may carry out maintenance and improvements that change features without reducing the essence of what you bought.
To the extent permitted by law, BastienMagic is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service, failures of third-party devices or services, or the use you make of the information in your performances. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Your email is used to manage your account, send you your purchase details and answer your enquiries, under the data protection policy you accept when buying. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
We may update these terms. New versions will be published on this page with their date and will apply to later purchases and renewals.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the courts of your place of residence. Before any claim, write to us at support@sbsbastien.com and we will try to solve it.
